How much is the delivery fee?
We offer international shipping flat rate of USD20

When will my order be shipped?
Order will be dispatched up to 1 week once you received an order confirmation email, please check your email inbox in case we contact you regarding availability or any order related issue.
Can I track my delivery?
Absolutely! Order tracking number will be provided once your package is dispatched. Click the link in the email which will bring you to a third party courier website.
When will my packing video be posted?
If you purchased a packing video, it will be posted up to 30 days once order is placed. We'd like to make sure you have received the package before video is posted to not ruin the surprise ;) If you have a pleasant experience with us, kindly post an unboxing video and tag Joji Scoop on TikTok for a discount code on your next order!
